Shipping

Shipping will start after reception of the payment and the buyer will be informed about the status. All Lupitas will be sent with a tracking & trace code so you will be informed at any moment about their whereabouts. Our preferred shipping company is PostNL.

The shipping costs depend on the buyer’s location and will be calculated in the checkout after choosing the shipping location. They buyer will pay for the costs of the Lupita and the shipping cost to complete the order.

Returns

Is your Lupita not to your liking after receiving it? We regret that. We want to solve this quickly for you. You can return a Lupita within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • The Lupita, the packaging, and accessories (such as the certificate of authenticity) are complete, in original condition and undamaged.

  • You pay for the return transport costs yourself.

  • If we do see damage on the Lupita or its original packaging upon receipt, we will reduce the amount you get back by the resulting reduction in value. In the worst case, this could mean that - if the Lupita is so damaged that it has no value anymore - we will charge you for the costs of processing the return. 

  • To prevent our donations to the project(s) we support from being less successful because of losses on the returns, we will deduct these from the return payment. These costs include the time we spend on the verification of the returned product, unpackaging and recycling of the packaging, processing your bank account information to establish the return payment, banking costs for the return payment, and communication about the returns. On average, this amounts to EUR 27.50 per return.

As soon as the Lupita is back with us, you will be informed about the return process. We'll notify you when we review the Lupita and when you get your money back. After the correct receipt of your return shipment, we will process it within 30 days. The amount paid minus the return costs will be paid to the bank account you specify when registering your return.

You can also choose to exchange your Lupita for an available Lupita. We do not guarantee availability. In this case, you may first have to pay the difference and the return costs. We will ship the replacement Lupita as soon as we have received the originally delivered Lupita back undamaged.
